Today’s workout is a parking lot / parking garage workout! For those of you who live in colder locations, put on your compression pants and earmuffs. You’ll be good to go! (Trust me, I used to run in the snow, no excuses!)

5 ROUNDS | 15-20 rest between exercises
60 jumping jacks
40 line hops (ea)
20 mountain climbers (ea)
10 jump squats
1 suicide run
*Rest 30-90 seconds between rounds
