Personal training is offered for those in the San Diego, California. Training sessions are located at a 24 hour private gym, Convoy Strength.
Training Includes:
-Fitness assessment
-Form analysis and correction
-Macrocycle, mesocycle, and microcycle for effective and long-term results
-60 minute sessions (recommended 2-3x / week)
-50+ page resources & information on the science of training and nutrition
-Nutritional guidance
