My Recommended BPI Sports Products

Most of you already know that I don’t take many supplements to achieve the fitness goals I have set for myself. Supplements are only that: supplementation for the things you don’t get in your regular diet. A semi-easy fix for that is to find which nutrients you’re lacking in your diet and get it in your food, but supplements themselves also have their benefits.

If you want more information on the pros and cons of taking supplements, leave a comment below & let me know which you’re curious about!

Starting with everyone’s favorite (including me): protein powder. Whey and isolate proteins are the one’s I’ll typically suggest for post workout meals for quick nutrient availability.

My all-time favorite for this one is Vanilla Caramel. For the average person, this is perfect for a post workout shake, but personally I use this for my homemade caramel apple morning oats. I choose this over donuts and that says a lot. This is the only supplement that I take on a day-to-day basis. My second favorite is cookies and cream, which I’ll use to make additional protein desserts.

BCAAs stands for branch chain amino acids (you’ll also hear people just call them aminos). These are good to have throughout your workout or when you’re cutting / lower on calories. People will also drink these throughout the day for added flavor to their water and additional benefits to maintaining their muscle mass. I have three favorites for this one. The first one being Sour Candy. If you’re into sour patch kids, then use this as a healthier alternative, but don’t get addicted like me. My second & third favorite are Snow Cone and watermelon ice. I don’t have either of these anymore because my best friend stole them both from me, but I don’t see myself taking anything other than sour candy now that its out. These supplements can be used as a pre-workout drink as well although pre-workout and BCAAs do have different benefits.

I close to never take pre workout drinks unless I’m with my best friend who gets hyped on them, but again, when we do take them, we go with the Watermelon Ice flavor. I’ve been on a watermelon kick for the past year so that kind of makes sense. To be fair, I haven’t tried the other flavors from this stack, but I have high hopes for the Blue Lemon and Tropical Freeze flavors too. I’ll update you when I try them!

These are the main products that I use from BPI Sports and my recommended products. If you’re interested in trying any of these out, use my discount code “LEXESOH” for 20% off your purchase and let me know how you enjoyed them!
