3 Day Meal Plan for Summer

What is your favorite part of summer? One of my favorite parts of summer is hanging out by the pool and attending BBQs. If you’re like the rest of America, you’re probably worried that you can’t enjoy your bikini if you’re enjoying burgers and vice versa. I’m here to tell you that’s nonsense! Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean eating plain chicken breast with asparagus for dinner every night.   I’ve come up with a three day meal plan specifically for summer, so that you can eat all the tasty food by the pool and not worry about body image while you’re at it.
