This is a metcon (metabolic conditioning) workout. It uses compound movements and cardio-based exercises to speed up your metabolism to keep the calorie-burn high and muscle gain even higher. NOT FOR THE WEAK-MINDED. Crossfit inspired WOD for distance runners.


FULL WORKOUT:

0.5 mile run

12 DB thrusters

10 squat rows or pull ups

8 DB RDL’s

6 box jumps
