Have you signed up for online coaching yet? Training programs are customized after talking with you one-on-one about your goals. You work with Lexes consistently throughout the program. Programs provide everything you need for success.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

If you're interested in structured workouts, you can sign up for one-one-one coaching or the fitness challenges. One-on-one programs are customized, while fitness/ transformation challenges are pre-set and independent, but also progressive for your success.

MEAL PLANS

Customized macro meal plans are perfect for structure, flexibility, and to benefit you and your fitness goals. In the meal plans, you recieve 50+ recipes and personalized macros. You get to experience the healthy AND delicious side of health. (Which means sometimes you do get your pizza and cookies)

COMMUNITY & SUPPORT

You have the constant support from me and the rest of #FlexClub. Upon joining, you'll be added to the Facebook group. You can also join in on the community posts through the hashtag #FlexClub. There's nothing better than a bunch of bad asses join together to be a part of something bigger than just yourself. You will ALWAYS have the open support from me through text and e-mail.

RESOURCES

You're provided with written and video tutorials to aid in your growth with training, nutrition, and mindset. Some resources more serious, relating along the lines of dealing with eating disorders or injury in training. There's also resources that are more fun and motivating such as the best workouts to do or the best hikes to go on in your area! Resources are not only provided by me, but also by the community!

Its not JUST about fitness; it just starts with fitness.
