Flex Club is about educating, training, coaching, and inspiring the fitness community to get involved with a healthy lifestyle that enables clients to live a balanced and quality life. It’s about getting out of your comfort zone and doing things you’ve never done before- achieving things you’ve never thought to be achievable.
Going into this, understand that there will be sacrifices in order to get the better things you desire. You may have to give up the hours spent on the couch and in turn spend them in the gym a few times a week. You may have to wake up earlier on the weekends to prep your food for the week. You may have to struggle a bit to get that bad ass body you’ve been dreaming of, but one thing you will never be asked to give up is your time with friends and family, going out to dinner, eating your favorite foods, going to school, or doing anything that brings value into your life.
Training and nutrition should never and will never come in the way of your other goals, but will instead aid you and perhaps bring more energy and joy into the other things you find pleasure in doing. Lexes works around your schedule and helps you to find time for the activities you prioritize.
She specifically works with weight loss and bodybuilding clients by incorporating individualized styles of training, customizable meal plans, and one-on-one advice throughout the coaching.
I made quite a bit of gains, we’re getting there! It’s definitely a process. Thanks Lexes O’Hara for your awesome plans! This chickadee knows what she’s talking about. I just want you to know how much of an inspiration you are, and continue to be.

My goals hiring Lexes as my personal trainer were to gain knowledge about proper exercises to lose weight and tone my body at the same time. Weight loss is a long process of losing weight, she has taught me a lot about exercising and how our body works in general. I also have lost weight while she has been training me. Whenever I am struggling with exercising, and my weight loss she always encourages me and gives me great advice. I was able to easily open up to her about my past weight loss struggles and how its effecting my every day life and she’s understanding and so encouraging! She pushes me hard during our sessions and she is always very personable and really cares about you as a person and helping you achieve your goals.

I wanted to lose weight and become comfortable going to the gym on my own and having some workouts to do. The hardest thing for me to get past was the initial embarrassment of working out in front of someone else. I was most proud of being able to actually go workout without being embarrassed and worrying if everyone was watching me. I was also very happy with the amount of endurance I gained over the time we trained. I was able to complete workouts without dying of exhaustion or pain. I really enjoyed doing light weight lifting and circuits. The most memorable moments were when you pushed me to keep going even when all I wanted to do was give up and just lay on the ground. It encouraged me to keep going and go go go!

Lexes was incredibly positive during our training sessions. Her encouragement helped me to continue with the workout despite the urge to stop. Additionally, she was accessible even outside the gym to provide nutritional advice and aid with fitness goals. Lexes was gracious enough to create a workout plan to follow outside of our training sessions in order to remain on course.

I love my training sessions with Lexes. She kicks my butt! Thanks for always pushing me when I want to take a rest. My trainer is wonderful. She’s like a Shaun T from Insanity!
