Weight loss is a long process of losing weight, she has taught me a lot about exercising and how our body works in general. I also have lost weight while she has been training me. This was my first personal trainer I have ever hired and she was great! Whenever I am struggling with exercising, and my weight loss she always encourages me and gives me great advice. I got a personal trainer at this location her name is lexes and she is amazing!!! She had me working hard but it's definitely well worth all of it !!! And she is an amazing person too!
