My name is Lexes O’Hara; I’m a personal trainer in San Diego and online coach. My training qualifications are NASM certified personal trainer and NASM fitness nutrition specialist.

I’m an NPC bikini competitor, national competitor for USBC women’s bowling, currently in-training for the full San Diego Rock N Roll Marathon in April 2017, and I’m a sponsored athlete for BPI Sports.

I also participate in roller derby, tennis, soccer, and hiking for recreational athletics as well.

Outside of fitness, I’m an extreme nature, travel, and concert enthusiast. My overall motivation is to show others how to live a quality life: starting with health & fitness to achieving great adventures in their life as well.

More about me: I am a defender of pop punk, mosh pits, and crowd surfing. Writing (poetry, short stories, and journalism) is one of my favorite things to do in my free time. At age 13, I was published as a writer after winning a national poetry contest. From there, at age 16 I began writing for the state newspaper in Illinois. My ultimate goal is to be able to inspire & change lives from all over the world.
