How To Track Your Macros (With & Without Food Labels) Using My Fitness Pal

You may be here because your trainer or coach has told you that you now have to track macros and you’re wondering what the heck this involves. In fact, you may have even avoided tracking macros for awhile because it seems too complicated to get into.

Today we’re going over how simple it really is to track your macronutrients in order to stay on target with your goals. Tracking your macronutrients is as simple as measuring your portion sizes and logging your food in My Fitness Pal (or whatever app you're using).

While it may feel intimidating to track your calories, macros, and food from day to day, it is a great "scientific approach" to nutrition that is easy to adapt to!

And remember: you don't have to track macros forever, but it does offer a great learning experience for those seeking to better understand their nutrition, how it makes their body/mind feel, and to learn more about their own portion sizes and what is proper for you.
