Flex Club provides coaching and programming to men and women based on a scientific approach via strength & conditioning training alongside nutrition coaching.

We primarily focus on those who want to incorporate strength movements to achieve their goals. This works best when you have a full gym to train, which should include barbells, dumbbells, machines, and other general equipment.

Strength Coaching

1-on-1 coaching is provided for beginner and intermediate athletes with the goals of improving strength for powerlifting and/or endurance training, such as marathons.

1-on-1 coaching provides the athlete with full in or off season programming, nutrition coaching (see below), along with deloads & peaking plans.

Each program is customized from scratch based upon the individual, with the main focus being to improve your performance as an athlete during pre season, off season, competition prep, and post season.

With each season or training block, we set different goals which may include hypertrophy, strength, maximal strength, power, fat loss, or recovery.

All coaching includes daily form checks, mid-week check-in calls, weekly online check-ins, and weekly program updates.

Powerlifting competition prep also includes a peaking plan, meet day attempts, and in-person handling at your meets. Powerlifting competition prep requires a minimum of 12 weeks of coaching.

Nutrition Coaching

The focus of nutrition coaching is to find methods that allow for you to gain control of your diet and life to enhance your performance (such as cognitive function, sports, fat loss, muscle gain, or work performance).

Nutrition coaching is customized based on the individual, oftentimes focusing on overall caloric intake, macros, vitamin/mineral balances, water intake, fiber intake, pre/post workout meals, and overall meal timing.

Depending on the individual, we may only focus on one of these variables or all— this depends on your training or lifestyle goals, relationship with food, training blocks, and which methods work best for you both mentally and physically.

Typically, for lifestyle clients we focus on re-gaining a healthy relationship with food, learning portion sizes, providing a base knowledge of nutrition and the value of our food, along with a detailed blueprint for your specific goals.

For our strength athletes, we put more focus on macro coaching to provide the best performance and results during off season, pre-season, competition prep, and post season.

If you are looking into nutrition coaching, cardio plans are also provided. It is also included, without additional cost, in 1-on-1 coaching.

Nutrition coaching includes mid-week check-in calls, weekly online check-ins, and weekly program updates.

Online Programs

If your goals are to get into shape, gain strength, or achieve your super-hero body by challenging yourself with strength and/or conditioning training with less accountability, online programs may be best for you.

Online programs are offered to make fitness and strength training simple for those who require less accountability, but want a specific and detailed program to follow. There are specific programs based upon your goals, many of which provide nutrition blueprints alongside the program.

This is great for those who don’t have competitive goals or athletes in an off season who require less accountability.
