WHO WE ARE
Hi! We’re Lexes and Bryan — an online fitness coaching duo! We’re both NASM certified personal trainers and have each been involved in fitness for over 10 years. Our goal is to not only help you get to your strength and fitness goals, but to do so while maintaining balance and your health along the way.
Personalized Training plans
Our custom training programs are designed to ensure that you maintain your basic standards for fitness and strength training, while also allowing you to work towards additional goals of hitting PR’s, building muscle, or losing fat.
Personalized Nutrition plans
Nutrition plans come with custom macros or caloric intake goals. In addition, we also like to focus on micronutrients, fiber, and maintaining an overall healthy & balanced diet while working towards your fitness goals.
Training & Nutrition Coaching Consultations
45 minute calls for individuals who want to work with an online personal trainer to make updates in their training or nutrition plans, but don’t necessarily need weekly check-ins or program updates.
