WHICH PACKAGE IS BEST FOR YOU?
VACATIONS & WEDDINGS
If you’re working towards a goal with a strict timeline and have struggled with achieving your fitness goals in the past, the Premium Full Coaching ($800) package may be best for you! This package allows for top tier accountability with your training and nutrition, while working under an inflexible schedule (ie: wedding or vacation). You will receive 24 hour turn-over times with form feedback, nutrition feedback, and accountability for your daily workouts and meals!
If accountability is not a major issue, then the Basic Full Coaching Plan with Nutrition Feedback ($300) is a great option as well! This option provides top tier accountability around nutrition, with direct feedback on each meal and how you can make improvements.
WORKING TOWARDS A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE
If you’re looking to improve your overall lifestyle, and you’re in no rush towards a specific end date — then the best package for you may be the Basic Full Coaching Plan ($225). This plan will allow you to take the time to learn how to create positive change through the basics of training and nutrition.
BEGINNER LIFTERS
If you’re just getting started with lifting, then the Basic Full Coaching Plan with Form Feedback ($300) may be the best option for most!
This allows the individual to learn and implement the importance of nutrition for recovery, strength, and muscle growth. That said, the Advanced Training Plan ($200) is also a great option for those who already have nutrition locked down or who don’t necessarily want to focus a whole lot on nutrition.
We also provide general nutrition resources within the app, that don’t require nutrition coaching to access! :)
Experienced LIFTERS
If you have 12+ months of consistent lifting under your belt, you’re educated around your nutrition, and confident in your form, then the best coaching option for you may be the Basic Lifting Plan ($125). This plan allows for consistent structure personalized for you, and progressive overload for your goals.
Our on-boarding for training includes form checks during the first week, so this is always an opportunity to learn if the form feedback add-on is needed for you!
