About Us

We specialize in helping individuals build functional strength and improving their health and wellness. We want to help you feel healthier, stronger, and more resilient in your day-to-day life.

Our passion in coaching comes from being able to show how to use fitness and nutrition as a tool for self care.

Its empowering to hit PR’s, see new muscle striations, or to lose inches around your waist, and we’ll help you do that — but what we really want is for you to get there by building something that is sustainable for life, and enjoyable.

BRYAN PADUA

NASM CPT. NASM CES. Biology Degree. Physical & Occupational Therapy Assistant. 5+ years experience (CPT since 2020).

My passion for fitness began in childhood, inspired by my father's dedication to bodybuilding. Growing up, I stayed active by participating in sports such as baseball, football, and lacrosse. A lower back injury in college sparked my interest in rehabilitation, leading me to work in physical and occupational therapy and eventually pursue a career as a personal trainer.

I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, from adolescents to older adults and from complete beginners to Division 1 athletes. As a competitive powerlifter, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for strength training and the empowerment it brings.

My goal is to help you build good habits and develop a mindset that promotes a healthy relationship with fitness. I strive to help you see fitness as a lifelong tool for feeling good, improving your overall well-being, and increasing your longevity.

LEXES O’HARA

NASM CPT. NASM CES. NASM FNS. NASM PES. NASM BHS. 10+ years experience (CPT since 2014).

I got started with fitness because of my struggles with depression and anxiety. That said — through fitness, I’ve improved my mental health and I’ve worsened it. Early on, I developed my consistency with working out because this is when I experienced improvements in how I felt in my brain.

As time went on though, I became more competitive and began my first NPC bodybuilding prep. This lead to such extreme diet restriction that I developed binge eating disorder. I opened and finished an entire jar of peanut butter before stepping on stage. That’s where I was at with my mental health.

Fitness is meant to be healthy and it should be balanced — but oftentimes the fitness industry promotes “all or nothing” mindsets in training and nutrition — and this can set us back further in the long run. We’re here to help you get away from the quick fixes so that you can achieve sustainable results and feel EMPOWERED AF while you do it!!

Getting Started

Before you get started with us, we assess where you’re at with your current fitness level.

Regardless of what your goal is (building muscle, strength, fat loss, etc) — we’ll make sure that your foundation for health is a priority first and foremost. This includes assessing posture and prioritizing aspects like corrective exercise before jumping into more complex workouts and movements that your body isn’t prepared for. Many individuals in today’s society struggle with injuries, postural issues, and sedentary lifestyles — we prioritize building up and maintaining your foundation first.
