Frequently asked questions

  • After you apply for coaching, you’ll work with us through our app. You’ll be able to access everything you need for your training, nutrition plan, and talking with your coach from there. This is also where you’ll have your weekly check-ins to measure progress and health stats. You will receive feedback and support each week.

  • You’ll record yourself from your phone, then you’ll submit the workout footage via the app. We’ll provide direct feedback on your form each week — either confirming progress or going over how you can continue to make improvements!

  • When you start, we’ll go through a health and lifestyle questionnaire to go through important details to determine the needs of your program, alongside your goals. Your first week will include a movement and/ or nutrition assessment. We also review your most recent training and nutrition plans to integrate you into your new plan with ease.

  • New clients are required to start with a three month commitment to coaching, but after that plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at anytime!

  • Yes! You can always upgrade or downgrade. Regardless of the coaching package, we will ensure that you are moving forward with your goals and progress!

  • Yes! You can do this on the application form — as long as that coach is taking on clients at the time!
