Our custom training programs are designed to ensure that you maintain your basic standards for fitness and strength training, while also allowing you to work towards additional goals of hitting PR’s, building muscle, or losing fat.

What’s Included in the base plan?

Weekly Check-Ins

Weekly check-ins allow us to give you feedback on your training, and to make sure that everything is going well for you on the plan!

We do weekly progress updates on your check-in day as well. Any updates in the program will then be done after this.

Additional Coaching Options

These coaching options are add-ons to the base plan that allow you to get more advanced or faster feedback in your training and lifting.

Weekly Form Feedback

With this coaching add-on, you receive feedback each week on how to improve your exercise form and technique.

If you’re a beginner in the gym and want extra coaching — or a more advanced lifter who wants to improve their technique for strength or muscle-building, this is a great option!

Videos are submitted for form feedback by the end of the week, or the end of the workout!

Daily Accountability

With this training add-on, we hold you accountable to your training goals and habits on a daily basis. This includes your step goals, cardio, mobility, strength training.

If you have struggled with consistency in your fitness journey in the past and need an extra push and strong support system to get going — or you’re planning for a wedding or vacation and need more intense accountability, this is for you!
