Our custom macro (or calorie) plans allow you to lock in on hitting your fat loss, strength, or muscle-building goals. We also educate you on, and prioritize maintaining balance in your nutrition for your health. This includes having an additional focus on micronutrients, fiber, and maintaining an overall balanced diet while working towards your goals.

Weekly Check-Ins

Weekly check-ins allow us to give you feedback on your training, and to make sure that everything is going well for you on the plan!

We do weekly progress updates on your check-in day as well.

Additional Coaching Options

In addition to the base nutrition plan, you can also opt-in for two other coaching add-ons; weekly nutrition feedback and daily accountability!

Weekly Nutrition Feedback

With this coaching option, you receive feedback each week on how to improve your nutrition and where to make changes to work towards your goals.

With this add-on, you will receive additional feedback on where you can make changes, based on your meal logs.

This is also a great option if you don’t want to track calories or macros, but would rather have guidance on general improvements you can make, without tracking.

Daily Accountability

With this add-on, we hold you accountable to both your nutrition and training goals and habits on a daily basis. We will hold you accountable and check-in with you about things like your water intake, meal timing, meal planning, grocery shopping, and more.

If you have struggled with consistency in your fitness journey in the past and need an extra push and strong support system to get going or keep going — or you’re planning for a wedding or vacation and need more intense accountability, this is for you!
