Build Strength & Size: Powerbuilding Phase II

This is level 2 of a 12 week training program that combines powerlifting and bodybuilding concepts to increase strength while improving physique in your program.

Level 2 is a four week strength block with higher volume. The five days of training incorporate a mix of both strength and bodybuilding days.

Level 1 is a four week volume block with five training days incorporating a mix of both strength and bodybuilding days.

Level 3 is a four week max strength block with low volume for the main movements and higher volume for hypertrophy. This is the final level of the powerbuilding program.

All three levels can be repeated again starting at level 1!
