Coaching consultations are one-off consulting calls for those who want to work with a coach for problem-solving or programming, without continual weekly coaching.
Here are some ways that we provide help during coaching consults:
Help you get started & come up with an overall plan to get you started on your journey
Updating your lifting, cardio, or mobility routine
Creating a new training, cardio, or mobility routine
Update your macros for your fat loss or strength goals
Provide form feedback on your lifts or exercises
Provide nutrition feedback on how to better balance your meals for your goals
Once you hit “pay,” you’ll be asked to first fill out a form about your goals and needs for the call. The call will last 45 minutes — and any other calls can be booked as needed to help you continue along your journey.
You will also have the option to choose which coach you work with, if you have a preference!
